Spindle differences over the years??

Anyone know if the D44 closed knuckle spindles on my 68 J2000 are different than later models? I'm looking for the outer spindle washer that has holes all the way around it, but the ones I find stipulate 74+. Just wondering if these will fit over my spindles or not. Here's what I'm lookin at:
