I'm piecing together the parts for my Sniper install.
One of my issues is with the feed and return lines.
Stock is 5/16 feed and 1/4 return.
Holley recommends 3/8 feed and return, but 5/16 return is acceptable (according to the Holley Sniper forum mods)

Contacted the powers that be....

Was told that the Novak pump is 3/8 feed and 5/16 return
SWEET! :D
Order from the powers that be....Spend 300+ bones for plug and play...

Mail comes today...

5/16 Feed and 1/4 return! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Looks like they took the stock pickup tube and added a Delphi pump to it.

It's obviously going back.

What have you done to retrofit the 3/8 line?

Any and all help is appreciated. pictures help also.

All I did was remove 1/4” return hard line & replace w/ 3/8” section.
Installed FP on new 3/8”, utilized existing 5/16” as return.
Cheap, easy, done...

From diff. thread...

Yes, stock '88 Jeep GW poly tank and stock GM TBI pump.
Earlier sending unit ~'85 for added room and modified with 3/8" pickup line vs. stock 5/16"...
This is in my '88 and has been for many years now.

I figured that it would be that easy. How did you secure the 3/8 line? I was thinking silver solder, but would love to know what you used...
