Aside from corrosion resistance, it's much easier to bend than plated steel or - heaven forbid - stainless. Put tension on both ends and it bends easily by hand around a form (piece of dowel or whatever). I expect it also flares more easily, but IMO that's more about the flaring tool and preparing the tubing ends. I put my major bends in with a bending tool, nut and flare both ends, and adjust the shape of the tubing with it loosely in place ... easy with Nicopp.
