Hello, new to the forum.

Just purchased my first GW after many years of waiting! Its a 85'. I need to find a Honey Dash Pad for it. I have found an 86' in the same color. I know they changed the dash but can anyone tell me if the Dash Pad is still the same from 85' to 86'?

Entire dash and pad changed for 86. Won't fit at all. I'd suggest recovering the 85 dash or if you're up for a challenge and like the newer dash swap the whole thing. The newer dash has much better hvac controls and better gauges but the old dash looks a little more classic

Thanks for the help. I want to keep it classic so back onto the search for an older Dash Pad....

I think the '72-'85 dash pad is one of the ugliest things ever put in a vehicle. It's the main reason I'm putting in an earlier dash.

The pads in the Cherokee of the same years look much better not having that huge area in front of the passenger seat covered.
