Thanks for add! I have a 79 J20 that has a NV4500 conversion. Great truck, PO did had most of the work done, but it still had some bugs to work out. I have really been impressed with how nice it drives and gets on down the road with freeway traffic!! Happy for this FJS forum and I have been a JEEP lover for MANY years!!!

I love the NV4500 conversion. Shifts very nice, easy to drive and great upgrade from the original QuaraTrac! I think PO got all the adapter hardware from Advance Adapters, and it will be a much EASIER swap from a Manual based truck to start. But PO did a great job and got all stock clutch linkage and added the pedal assy. It does have plenty of guts and pulls strong, nice cruise RPM on Hwy too! It just went thru two Michigan heavy snow storms without any issues!! Get lots of compliments on the truck too!!! I wish I could figure how to post a photo of it on this forum !!! LOL!!
