Just curious, people that have done this, anyone think of somehow moving the tailgate (or most of it) up behind the rear seat. Move the top rear section of the roof and pillars there too, and still be able to make the power rear window function? Kinda like the power rear windows on the some of the pickups today. This would also be keeping the rear of the Wag/Chero the same, just no tailgate.

I did see a Cherokee converted to a Pickup. It looked good and they raised the WT flares to run larger tires.

I have seen this done once, and it required a *TON* of fabrication. No way it was worth the amount of work it took. Most just put a solid pane of glass in, way simpler.
