A Few More Projects, CJ7, Eagle SX4

So after getting rid of my last FSJ and selling the Super I decided to step outside the FSJ world and try my hand at a few other AMC products. First I turned an 85 CJ7 into a Golden Eagle (yes I know the purists will get after me because this wasn't an option in '85) but it turned out beautiful.
Painted the hard top myself with nutmeg rustoleum paint. It turned out great. You may also notice that the wheels are not original 8 spoke Jeep wheels. When I got the Jeep it had aftermarket hole shot steel wheels. Cheap but they were brand new. So I took them off and had them powder coated the correct Golden Eagle wheel color which PPG makes, it is called sun gold. Again, this is not perfect but it looks great.
Next was a 83 AMC Eagle SX4. I swapped in a 4.0 and 5 speed out of a Jeep Cherokee but kept the 4.2 intake/carb setup. Turned into a real good running car. Stock height with bigger tires. It was a great build. Both of these are already sold and shipped to their new owners.
