So in the rewiring process, I am about to add 2 relays for the headlights, 2 relays for the tailgate motor, 1 relay for the electric fuel pump and who knows what else. All require a 12v constant and 12v ignition. Is anyone using a bus bar or maybe a small 6 circuit fuse box for all thier add-on connections? I need something that I don't have to worry about dropping a wrench on and arc-welding the whole truck together. Let's see your solutions for all the new wire! Looking for ideas here..

NB that's only the plastic shell, and you'll need to buy connectors and seals to go with it. Look here - http://www.waytekwire.com/products/19/M ... ageSize=36 - It will probably end up costing about 20-25c for each hole with a connector, so something like another $10 for connectors. You are supposed to use an expensive crimper for the Metri Pack connectors, but you can probably close them with a standard crimper and a pair of flat-nosed pliers ... but it will be tedious. Del City has the Metri Pack stuff too - http://www.delcity.net/store/Metri-Pack ... s/p_797634
Another issue - the Metri Pack 280 connectors are only rated for 14 amps, so if you need more than that for any one circuit, this panel will need to be supplemented with a panel that can handle 15A fuses or larger, and distribute power to the lower current circuits that can be served by this panel.
Cool thing - but it's small because the connectors are small.

My new fire engine was ordered with blue sea fuse blocks. More expensive than the above options at about 35 or so but they are high quality. Sometimes ya get what ha pay for!
