Sounds good. See you then. Will PM you and Bob my cell number just in case.

As far a details on the AZ Land Trust dept, every time I've called them they have been super friendly and helpful...almost eager to talk to people. Then yesterday I got stuck in the I10 parking lot during rush hour traffic. I knew they closed at 4:30pm, and at 4:25 my nav said I had 15 more minutes. I called them and was like "do you really close right at 4:30?" The girl said, "Um, usually...why?" I explained that I'd been sitting in traffic for 45 minutes trying to get there and was 10 minutes away. She put me on hold for a sec, came back and said, "We'll wait for you. Hurry and get here soon". I got there, parked in reserved parking, ran in and they were sitting there waiting for me with smiles. Got me the permit, cashier checked me out and they literally locked the doors behind me. Really a great group of people down there.

Hope this trail is worth it! :)

Our family had an awesome time with Tad and Bob! Unfortunately, rain and wet rocks prevented us from making it to the end of the trail. Guess we just need to go back!

Martin, I'm fortunate my kids love it and my wife is actually enjoying it too. She did squeal a bit when we went a little off camber...

Despite being denied making it over the ridge line due to the slick rock being wet it was a fun run.
Bob and I took the power line trail all the way to highway 79 and were denied there also with a locked gate.

Em and I will go back in a few weeks when I am on spring break.
I did find more info on Cochie springs, it's history and location.
I want to nail that loop before it gets closed to motor vehicles.

It was a great trip. My kids love the 4 wheeling, and my wife even seems to like following the book and finding turn offs. I think we slowed Bob and Tad down a bit what with potty breaks and not getting there until 10 (they were there at like 7) but they were very forgiving ;)

It's all good, wheeling with you and your family suits me just fine.
Bob and I are always early and planned it that way so we could check out another craptastic breakfast place.
