D/S Rear window fell into door?

Before I go tearing things apart, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. Rolled the window up and it just stopped and fell into the door about 1/2 way. The motor still works, but wondering if it's a flex track thing or something else? Thanks in-advance

Yep.....sounds like flex track failed, but take your door card off and verify. If needed you can brace a wood block up under the glass track for a time, until you get replacement parts. BJ's has these available.
