I recently went to check the oil in the transfer case and transmission fluid started coming out as soon as I removed the fill plug. What seals need to be replaced? Transmission rear seal and transfer case input? The transmission is a turbo 400.

The seal is in the adapter that needs to be replaced. Inspect the adapter for cracks and the condition of the bearing. Probably fine but worth the additional few minutes to be thorough.
