For the fender, you could try car-part.com - it will be a used part only. Wide-track Cherokee fenders are the same.
For the taillight panel, none exist in the aftermarket that I know of. If you look up the part number, several sites list it, but none of them actually have it. It's been out of production for decades and what little NOS existed is gone, AFAIK.
There is a WTB (want to buy) forum here and at IFSJA.org where you could post.
Someone here was planning to reproduce those panels. Have not heard of progress lately. Search and you'll find the old posts.
I expect you could fabricate the panel if you had the skills, tools and time. Not a difficult part as such things go.
