threads disappeared

Post by 68glad »

Just trying to figure out where Blake's bent front axle housing thread went. Did it disappear because of the troll that chimed in. It was an interesting one without a definate answer.

I have been traveling, but I think that's the guy Blake banned. He may have wiped out his thread on accident.

Yeah, F that guy.

He trolls tons of forums and talks smack on 'em.

But not on here :-bd

I deleted the thread mostly because of him... But I'm also embarrassed that I thought my D60 was bent when the only thing that was wrong is the tie rod ends were shot. Those D60 high steer arms are super short meaning that a little 'adjustment' goes a long way. Not to mention those 42's make it look worse cause they 'fan out' more. I think jumping the Honcho at the tough trucks event took out the tie rod ends causing it to look funny. The steering ram is also dripping fluid right onto the long side of the axle housing, mimicking a bent housing....

There are no other missing threads that I'm aware of..

Blake, thanks for the info. Glad it's not bent. At least it's an easy fix. Not sure why I wrote "threads". Should have left the "s" off.
