I posted as a Vintage Air vendor and the first question was "do I offer prefab hose sets"
I am curious how those who have done this swap made their a/c hose, if you have pictures or part numbers that would be great!
Also if someone is near me (Sonora,Ca.) let me experiment on your truck, correct me if wrong but is the most common arrangement a oem factory A/C and heater grafted to a LS compressor (low on the pass side)
I installed a Vintage Air Gen IV in my truck there is nothing leftover that is original,so need to see your setup!!
I stock hundreds of A/C fittings, I just don't know things like length of hose and fittings used at the condenser and evaporator,I assume at the evap (firewall) that a straight #10 female flare,(standard barrier),concerning inlet at the top of condenser I've forgotten how that looks, post pic's please.
if your still using the original evap/heater/wiring,just connect original clutch wire to wire coming out of your new compressor clutch, which bypass's the hi pressure cut out switch in back of compressor if you want to use the HPCO sw then a harness is available, if your gonna use the LS computer that whole different ball game
Haven't done my wiring yet. But plan on just using the original jeep wire into the clutch of the compressor.
Do you want pics of any of the original hoses? I have them. The stock jeep length worked too. Just cut off the flare fittings and slid on the fittings listed above.
I did have to install the hoses before I crimped them to get orientation. I just marked the hoses orientation so I could crimp them.

If you are trying to upload through tapatalk I have that disabled currently as it was causing some other site issues. Going to try and get that fixed come this weekend, sorry for the inconvenience.
