crew cab pick up conversion

So I'm contemplating creating a crew cab short bed . I've got an 82 wagoneer and a 79 j10. Plus an 88 parts wag. I've seen pics of this so I know it's been done. Are there any build threads you can link me to. I know I've got the know how and enough parts just a bit apprehensive. I'd like to see how others have done this before I decide to start wacking away. Thanks
