Since I'm working 100 hours a week for the foreseeable future, I convinced the auto mechanics teacher to put it together for me. I just have to provide him with an engine and trans and rear diff and he'll do everything else.

I'm gonna go to the scrap yard in a couple weekends when the local pull a part has the annual 50% off sale. Should I look for a T56 manual for cruising or a 4L80e for drag racing?

T56 is RWD only, unless you want a divorced transfer case. And I have no clue where the shifter will end up, most likely under the dash.

As fun as a 4x4 camaro would be that's not quite the direction I'm looking at.
