I'm going to get a lift or my wife's 07 for her birthday/Christmas (Christmas baby)

Do you have a lift on yours? I'm trying to decide if I should go with the Rocky Road lift or the stiffer/longer coils.

I do not. Everything I've read about the RRO makes me not want to get one. If you do, have a place that does them regularly do it and get the adjustable control arm. Almost all of the complaints come down to not having enough adjustment on Toe-in and vibrations. You have a Gen 1 so there seem to be a lot less problems with them vs the Gen 2 (2011-up). I run 215/70 R16s without any mods. If I did the Pinch-Weld mod I could fit 225/75s. Gen 2s seem to like the Moog struts for a bit of lift, though it is not as much as the RRO. If you're not on there, check out the patriot forums, lots of good stuff although some of it is conflicting. Bottom line, have a dealership or install place do the RRO install so if there's problems at least you can take it back and they should work with you. Oh, and adjustable control arm. Good luck!

Thanks for the insight!
I'm on the Patriot forum, there is a lot of conflicting info on there.

The RRO kit does come with an adjustable control arm now. What I've read a lot of shops have a hard time getting them aligned because the book (computer) tells them there is not adjustment on the control arm and they don't think to look. You have to tell them it's there for them to adjust it.

I did not know the adjustable control arm was included now. That's only a good thing. I might do it one day, but, I'm in no rush. Planning on going out tomorrow actually. Should be fun!

I hope you have better luck with RRO than I did. They still owe me an a-arm for a KJ, that I ordered almost a decade ago.
