It's a stock crank offset ground for 2" journals. I lucked out and picked up a set of old Carillo NASCAR rods (6.125 long, 2" journal, .930 pin). $2400 set of rods and I got them for $250 IIRC. I got a set of .060 chevy blower pistons that I can modify to work for $400 on special. It ends up at .020 overbore with a 3.875 stroke for a total of 426". You can hardly do a stock rebuild for kind of $$ that and it's all high end parts. That's kind of the theme on this one, how fast can I go for the least amount of money. Or "1000 hp AMC on a budget".
