So I searched for this, but I found more related to fixing the rear window than I did to this question. I know it depends on multiple variables, but really trying to gauge the health of my motor.
I think mine rolls down in about 18-20 seconds, same coming back up. Have installed a relay system based on Rick Serehill's. Definitely fixed my issue to where it will roll up and down every time now, but it is still slow. Have heard of some people having there's roll up/down in 3.5-5 seconds! That would be amazing!
Interested to see what the average is. Maybe I just need a new motor. Lubed pretty well currently, although I may add some silicone spray to the side tracks.
What shape are the inner am outer wipe seals in? If the rubber has grown hard it can apply pressure to the glass which makes the motor work harder and stresses the rest of the mechanism.

Seem to be just fine currently. Not falling apart etc. I did replace the felt in outside window channel that runs along the top and the sides. Quieted the window down immensely when driving.
I just put new seals on mine. The windows worked good when I bought it using the key but the switch in the front didn’t. I’ve got that all sorted out now and everything is working as expected now. The window goes up and down so fast it is scary. I usually have to pulse it because I’m afraid I’ll break the irreplaceable glass with defroster.

I had that problem as well. Thought my motor was going out, but I greased the gears and liquid wrench on the arms and it rolls up and down like a champ. Also replaced the window gaskets with weather strips to keep it from scratching against metal. It seemed to work for me and saved me from buying a motor
8.5 seconds. Thats with the engine off and not a super high battery voltage. Newish side tracks and wipes. Definitely need to pull it apart and clean and lube all the lift mechanics. I did that in one of my doors and it made a huge difference in ease of closing. Will do that once I get the motivation to replace the rear switch.
Mine rolls down in about 2 seconds with the engine on. Rolling up with the engine on.. takes 3 seconds if that.. With the engine off and going off battery power.. maybe 5 seconds.. mine is pretty smooth going up and down and besides needing to replace the plastic gear in the motor once and needing to replace the keyed switch on the door itself its been pretty reliable
