Just saw a Dick's Sporting Goods commercial that features a GW! Can't find any pictures from the commercial but it aired on TNT network.
Looks like a late AMC production, cordovan inside and out. Also couldn't see headrests.

More FSJ lovin from Four Wheeler in the latest issue:

While most of the article pretty much regurgitates Jim Allen's book, the info about the IFS'd Waggie itself and the history of this particular jeep is pretty cool.

The GW from the first episode of "Grimm" (towing the Airstream), made a cameo in a recent episode, as it left the show (along with 'Trouble'):

In the April 2015 edition of Four Wheeler, they have a feature on a blue Cherokee S narrow track but call it a Chief. I sent a note to John Cappa explaining the differences.

There was a jeep commando on NCIS last week, owned by a Navy Squeal, er Seal holed up in a remote cabin in the bayou. No pics, but then he kicked the buttocks off two of the main NCIS agents and fled the scene. Lol.

Meanwhile in reality, or more importantly, they're making Tremors 5!? I wonder what type of awesome jeep will be in that one (see bottom of pic for the ad)?

Apparently direct to DVD so you know it's going to be bad.

Nice Carnuck!

ZiRiu, , you're correct, lol. All the movies were terrible B movies, but the Thriftside Gladiator truck in the 1st movie stole the show much to the surprise of film company. It's too bad they didn't keep the two trucks after production. The new movie apparently doesn't even have the M715, or a jeep, but some type of leftover rig from the mad max reboot.

I can't remember which one it was but I liked the one with the husband and wife (?) and their little underground bunker filled with guns. The guns didn't help them much when the creature came through the wall.

I always liked the J truck in Twister more though.

Burt and Heather- played by Michael Gross and Reba McEntire, lol. They were a classic couple.

The truck in Twister didn't steal the show and generate more hype than the movie itself. It was a sweet truck, though.

Aside from Tremors, my next "favorite j truck in a movie" would be the one in Snow Dogs driven by the old school Hollywood legend James Coburn.

Haha I didn't even remember it was Michael Gross. At least they're still letting him cast in the new movies. Last time I saw a Tremors movie was probably on AMC or Turner Classic Movies years ago.

The M715 from Tremors 3 was used in the short lived series too.
The joke in the original movie was the truck was named Reba because it was so stubborn.
