Should I replace these floor pans?

Trying to decide if I should do a whole pan or just patch the sides. I find cutting out spot welds makes a mess of the metal I want to re use and costs a lot in drill bits. Thought I might cut it down the center and plug weld half a sheet in. Thoughts?

I say yes, once you start cleaning it up you will realize it is worse than you originally thought.
