Last road trip post I swear!! Grinding noise now when starting.

7 hours from Montana!! Found a video that closely describes what's going on. Terrible terrible grinding noise when starting, JUST started happening. Car still starts and drives but WTF??

sound like the clutch for the nose is not retracting completely... at least it retracts.... In Ouray 4 years ago mine did not release, so I had to ask somebody to crank and I was under the rig with a big hammer to tap the starter so the clutch would release... at least it was not hot, so after the second event, I left the engine running and defrost on full, it was raining that day.

For the little story that defective starter, tested fine , so I could get a free replacement, I need to dismantle it and see how it can be fixed... I am tired of parts that fail after 2 years...
