So my buddy is replacing the Lower ball joint on his Chevy 4x4. I was giving him a hand and just looked over at his wheel/tire combo. He has a set of 20s with 35x12.50s. So just for giggles I jacked up the jeep and slapped one on it. Just getting some feelers out there to se what the crowd thinks.

I agree that it's what YOU like that matters! But I have to admit, 20s on a Waggy look like a Romper on a redneck to me.
As a total aside, I was searching seersucker suits for a wedding I have to go to next month when that pic came up. I have no idea what that has to do with seersucker suits, but after hearty laugh, it had me second guessing my fashion choices and I may just stick with linen.

Big trucks need lots of sidewall from a purely aesthetics standpoint, IMO. That said, I think that looks pretty good, impractical though it might be.
The trend towards zero sidewall is problematic from a ruggedness perspetive for all cars...I don't approve. My RX-8 came with 19" wheels and about 1.5" of sidewall. The tires are very unforgiving of road hazards. I failed to dodge a protuding manhole cover in a construction zone and split the sidewall of a $235 tire with 300 miles on it One of the few flaws on that car.
Strongly agree with pretty much everyone here. When I used to see Chip Foose "improve" a classic by sticking blades with zero sidewall on it, it always made me wanna puke.
But to each his own.

Luckily this was just a trial run. I have my 15s back on it now with the 32x11.50s on it. I might at some point get different wheels for summer and winter, but for now the km2s are doing great both on and off road. I figured most everyone here is rocking the 15s or maybe the 16/16.5s. I'll have to admit, it does look good with the thick sidewalls.
