Levi Buttons

Post by Aussie Jeep »

Hi

New member currently restoring a 78 Cherokee Chief, searching for the Levi Buttons without the writing on them! I have the one's on the door trim, but the original fabric was replaced close to 30 years ago, dad brought it new, and if only l had known then, but this is probably a recurring theme here.

Maybe easier to find rocking horse BEEP, but l thought l would throw it out there?

Thanks
Mark

Are they actual buttons or rivets? Post a pic. If they are rivets couldn’t you find some that are close? I’m with fulsizjeep. You’ll probably never find originals.

I have 7 or 8. How many do you need? I decided to not use them on my J10 restoration as it was too expensive to recreate since I didn't have a full set. Let me know how many you need and I can send you some. Since I don't have a full set they're fairly worthless to me.

Hey DustinLangston,

Do you still have any of those Levi's buttons? I need 13 - the style that say Levi's Straus on them.

Thanks,
Paul
