wrong front leaf springs installation

the axle tube is 2.25 inch and i cannot find any perches smaller that 2.5

Are you sure the axle tube is 2.25"? Even the D25 from a CJ is 2.5" as I recall.

Just an fyi leafspring arch depends on the spring you have.. Less load capacity springs will have higher archs.. More load capacity will habe less of an arch but a thicker spring. Flat isnt as bad as inverted lol. My oem springs before i replaced them were inverted unside down lol.

My new springs are oem but higher load capacity the arch isnt as high as the factory load capacity spring.. yet they actually sit the same height as a new standard spring with the weight of the vehicle and thats due to the extra load capacity of my spring

i think u misunderstand, my leaf springs even when they are of a lift with the tires off are flat. No arch at all... :(
