I looked into buying one, but decided the standard model would hang too low below the bumper, and the high clearance one would be too high and make it so I couldn't open the tailgate, and would need modification/welding to be perfect. Also, with my particular hitch (the V style), the anti-rattle mechanism was too long and would have hit the back of hitch box, so I would have had to cut the back of the hitch receiver out, and was worried about loss of structure.
Was looking into this a while ago - I have an aux tank where the spare should go, and if I'm taking a longer trip usually don't have room for a spare in the cargo area. Would love to see pics and feedback after you have a couple miles on it!
