I took care of this problem. Cut the light brown and dark brown wires and spliced them together per color. Dash switch works perfect. I can do without that tailgate switch! Thanks for the input.

See the red lines, thats what you need to jumper together.
To remove the tailgate key switch and just use the dash switch.
Thats what I did in my GW
Here the differences between the original tailgate switch and using the a rear passenger window switch.

I didn't remove the tailgate switch. Just pull the access panel off the tailgate and there is plenty of slack to cut the wires down near the bottom. Be sure and tape up and access to keep them out of the window regulator.
