After sitting for about a month in the Texas heat and rain, my blinkers stopped working. The hazards work, but the blinkers stay lit on the dash idicator and all of the bulbs are working fine. All I have done today is replace the old battery terminals and upgrade the wires to 2AWG, and 10AWG for the body ground. I couldn't find a chassis ground, is there one factory? I searched but most issues had both the hazards and or brake light issues. Mine is only the turn signals.
Since it's only the turn signals, I'd start by swapping the blinker cans between the turn signals and hazards and see if that makes the hazards stay on and the blinkers work.

I do notice my front signals aren't blinking brightly. It appears the wrong filament is lit. The bulbs aren't in backwards so I guess I'll swap the wires around. It feels so good getting the little things sorted on the J10.
The front side marker blinks while the rear sidemarkers do not. Is this correct?
