Bumper tabs face out plus the corners are squared so it should be the late models. Basically any of the years with a 1 piece bumper
Well it ain't just the smoke and the traffic jam that makes me the bitter fool I am But this four-wheel buggy is A-dollaring me to death.
For gas and oils and fluids and grease, And wires and tires and anti freeze....And them accessories, Well honey, that's something else.

Cool, thanks! I may snatch it up and see if anyone buys it at Ouray. If not, it won't be a bad addition for my 91. Image

I snagged one for $40 recently. Didn't like the look on my wag so sold it to a buddy for the $40 I paid. Karma I figure

Didn't realize they were so cheap and available.?. Image may not be worth the effort of getting it, painting it and trying for a profit. Oh well.

It's worth the asking price, maybe a few bones more.

I guess. I may go by and see what the rust looks like on it. If it's not surface I'll probably leave it alone. I don't have spare $$. I do want to peep at the J truck he got in.

No money for current projects, let alone a new one. Wife would chop me into little chunks and feed the dogs. But a J truck is on the bucket list. Image

I have not bought one in a while but when I did, they were from free to $50 and that was over 10 years ago. I have seen them go for as much as $150.

The 79 and up brush guards are pretty simple to fit a 74-78 if you have some welding skill.

So I had to run to Ft Carson today. FN jeep is on the way home so I stopped. Gotta say they don't waste much time stripping vehicles. The white J truck's bed is sold and gone. Fenders, doors, grille, all gone. There is a Buick 350 inside for sale, may have come from it??
Wandered over to the brush guard and looked it over. Main structure is straight, no damage. The rust is pretty bad on the legs... Like really bad. Starts just before the bend in the vertical and is bad enough the legs move/flex pretty easy. Told him I was looking for a "picky friend" and thought it was too far gone for them. He says "I'll make ya a deal." gave him $30.00 plus tax. I think I can fix it once I get someplace to work on it. I'll mount it, cut off the legs, and build new extensions for it. I may even have the right size square tubing in storage. After that, paint and install. For now itll go to storage since other projects are more important.
