You probably could have caught a better bug, but I like them.

I'm a 68-70 B body and 70-71 E body Mopar guy but my second love is Jeep pickups. my first rig was my1972 J 4000 I'd give anything to get back today.

Do you have a reason to be partial to FSJ's or did it just happen?

After having 2 kids we have out grown the cj for trail and camping trips and after watching an episode of breaking bad thought a grand wagoneer would cool. Same thing with the truck
Tremors was replayed on tv so I now own one
( I've now been band from watching shows with jeeps in them and craigslist lol.)

Here are some more pics of the thrift side previous owner started taking it apart lost interest in it so I missing a lot of nuts and bolts but all the important parts are still there it's going to need the floor replaced on both sides last time it was registered was in 1978

HEY, Is that the illusive Jeep Compass I see on the dash of the J-truck? Oh, and the original metal radio-delete plate! Very cool, and I love the patina. I would try to keep the exterior as-is, with maybe a clean-up and a fresh clear coat, but that's just me.
One day I will wake up and realize that my jeep is complete...one day, I just know it.

I'm still on the fence on what to with it, and it will be this fall before I get to start on it
Compass pretty cool delete plate also cool and a bitchin pair shade found in the brow . was thinking the 4-inch Hell Creek Springs wider Factory looking white steel rims with 33 12.50 plan on going through the entire drive train. Paint or no paint?

Looks clean- fuel pumps are a simple fix, too.

The compass was standard for the 4WD gladiators at the very beginning, i guess that this rig has a low serial number

I've owned a few Jeeps over the years never at Gladiator truck I am learning new things about them every day 11510 is the number on it if that is considered
Rebuilt the carb yesterday obviously has not been started in a long time squirted some oil in the cylinders hooked a electric fuel pump up to it and it started right up

That compass is waaaaaaay cool! My son's 62 has one. That's icing on the cake for you- as is a rebuilt carb.

Having it running already is amazing. Nicely done.
