Bed-mount Spare Tire

Has anyone installed one of these? Can't find any pictures anywhere of any quality.

Yes, I mounted one in a '78 J-10 back in 1980. It looked just like the one in the picture. I mounted it up front right behind the cab between the two bars that came down from the roll bar. It is not a heavy duty item, but it held the tire up for years.

you remember what size tire you mounted there? im hoping i can rig up some type of extension so it will hold the tire out past the wheelwell.
