Anyone ordered online from West TX Offroad/Redneck Ram?

Post by KJ Ryu »

I ordered a hydro-assist kit but, the site didn't ask for any info about my setup, or even payment info. Just curious if anyone can explain their procedure.

I know people that have used them. I would call them. No way your order went through if you didn't pay for it.

So, first thing I learned: Don't even bother ordering from these guys in the two weeks prior to EJS. Not knocking the service I did get, though. Once Justin had time and stock on-hand, he was very professional. Got my kit ordered today. Said everything should ship today or tomorrow. Eight inch travel x 1.75" ram.

They are sending me a 3-bolt box, essentially for an XJ. I'll likely have them rebuild and send my core back, if funds allow. Just a bit more motivation to do the XJ shaft swap with the box. Might end up doing some PS pump mods to get more speed out of the ram, but I'll wait to see how it drives, first.

Yeah, pretty much every offroad outfit is swamped just before EJS. Glad you got your stuff though!
