Thanks. As I look back on it I guess it was an odd form of depression. All those years the military rambles on about suicide and the causes for stress, depression, etc... I never even thought about how I was feeling being Actually depression. No energy, not finding happiness in things I usually enjoy, weird sleeping habits, not eating...guess there is some truth to all that after all. *Shrugs*
It's amazing what little hope a D good news will do though. I've been messing around with the Scrambler some doing unimportant things. Its had a full hardtop as long as I've owned it. Some years ago I scored a half cab and now I decided I would try and run that a while. Its an earlier one so I need to make shoulder belt holes and it could use some paint. I also cleaned and painted the bulkhead, cut a hole in it, and recycled an old speaker box to use for a sub. That part is about done, just need to work on the top itself. We'll see how far I get as the weather has definitely turned and they are predicting snow on Tuesday. Tomorrow I'll head out to storage and grab some stuff the wife wants (winter clothes/blankets). I'll grab some jeep stuff while I'm there.
All in all I feel like a new me. If this job pans out the way it seems, hopefully our lives can take a serious good turn. Thanks everyone for the kind words!
