^Yeah... They were supposed to launch the day before, but a sail boat entered the stay out zone and they had to scrub. They were already fully fueled (liquid propellant and oxidizer) and the left the rocket fuelled/pressurized all night. I wonder if temp cycling and humidity changes allowed a small vapor leak that heated and ignited under the skin...
