My rear bumper isn't perfect and I'll probably never find a nice one so I'm considering a new chrome step bumper if I can make it fit.
Has anyone seen another mke or aftermarket bumper fit to a Jeep pickup and did it look decent? I can fab brackets that's not a problem but I need something that fits.

BJ's has their dozer bumper that fits J-Trucks. I have one on mine, been a solid bumper. Use it plenty of times to yank vehicles and logs.

I forget who makes the one on my current J10 but it is SOLID
My old J truck had a 2x4 (maybe 2x6?) steel bumper built by IFSJA member youngjeeper. Held up nicely and survived a run away into a tree.

I think the best replacement was a dodge Dakota circa 2000 style. I currently have a s10 bumper on mine but I do not like it at all. Doesn't quite fit right and I don't care for plastic trim on the bumper.
1980 and 81 J20 melding into a 1980 Utility bed J20. Project cancelled and for sale, found a factory truck.
1980 J20 Utility truck. Replaced above project.

I'm a huge fan of the BEEF of the Twister bumper.
Custom fabbed it myself out 3/16" square tube steel.
