Sorry Lobie. I got alittle sidetracked there. Do I need to register with someone for the ECI 2014 or do I just show up? This would be my first outing like this. I mean I have camped, but nothing like this.

Just show up.
There will be a tent near the bathrooms/showers where you can buy shirts and raffle tickets.

I know this is probably a dumb question, but I'm gonna have to work Friday morning. (usually off by 9 am) would I still be able to camp for Friday and Saturday? If so, I'm in.

I already asked for the days off. So I'll be there. Also I've never been before, so dumb question can a stock 80 Cherokee make it down the easy rated trails? I don't mind scratches but kinda want to avoid dents lol.

I would say stock can do 60-70% of those trails.

Thanks for the info I'm really looking forward to going this year, and finally meeting everyone.

Here are a few pictures of some of the easy trails.

So, is this the year some of our cohorts from out west join us? :P

It might be a good excuse to get away from snow for a week, I'm pretty sure we won't still have snow in June like you guys will!

I need a shorter to do list!!!!!

-full size axle swap
-body armor--rock sliders, under body skid, rear bumper with quarter panel slider (won't realistically get this done in time)
-winch mount
-finish chopping rear wheel wells- gonna be lots of tedious welding involved

wishful thinking
-SOA conversion

She's ready right now, but I want to put on a 4 inch lift, DPA, extended brake lines, sway bar disconnects, shocks, tires, etc.... Waiting for the lift to be liberated from donor right now. Hoping I can get her done before ECI, I should have time. Surfwaggy, you have a long list, but I know you are steady plugging away, I am sure you will be done.

There are 12 of us all ready for this year.
If the trend continues, a lot more show up than signify early.
The opening page of www.cfsjc.com has a landscape pic of a typical ECI gathering.
I hope you can find your way here--this year?

I think we'll be good. The only critical thing right now is to upgrade the proportioning valve so we can have rear AND front brakes... I don't think that's too much to ask! :P

Maybe a line-lock, but who knows.

I'm also thinking of fixing the windshield washer to help fight Uwharrie dust!

How about you, engine swap going to be "done"?

Long list. Doable, but well see. Nice weekend coming up. Dedicating two days on it.

This is my list for this weekend:

wire and install fuel pump/sender
plumb fuel lines
air filter
radiator supports
patch floor hole
adjust driver seat mount
throttle cable
plumb and hook up PS and hydro boost
tranny cooler lines
