It rides way better now, well worth the money.

BigJ and me got talking and we haven't had a group meet in a while. When should we get together? Day trip? Where?
Hey Hiko, I actually called AV4X4 yesterday and left a voicemail, definitely planning on employing them for some suspension work and who knows what else.
George I'll be joining you on these trips as soon as I can! Made progress on the golden eagle but it's been a can of worms.
Got a new fuel tank installed, ran new line, cleaned up the craziness that once was a dual tank setup with lots of leaks, bypassed my ammeter (back of my gauge cluster was scorched, yikes), but found hell in the wiring the deeper I dove. The hot wire for the fuel pump was spliced out of the headlamp circuit, ran all the way back to the tail lights, then back through to the fuel pump along the way back to the dash. It was all just hanging loose in the rails of the frame. Cut all that mess out to get the pump back on its own fusible circuit and so now the brake lights don't work.
I've got a brand new wiring harness and it's looking pretty necessary at this point. Not sure if AV4X4 does electrical work too, but if so I'll be paying them to save my life on that one...
