Ideally you want the electric fuel pump close to the tank and mounted as low as practical. Inside the frame channel where the factory fuel lines run would be fine. Remove the mechanical pump and blank off.

X2 on what Herk said. The block off plate you want is the same as a Chevy 350, IIRC.

Did you buy it second hand? Call the manufacturer and see if you can buy an installation manual.
