There is also an oval shaped hole on the left hand side, below the steering column. Two screws and it's off. You can thread the connectors through the hole easily.

I'll take a look, that may be the clutch linkage hole but I'm not sure. I have a manual trans.

Stock one that came w/harness 90's GM van....factory XJ grommet on '88 GW.
Summit sells a nifty multisize one by daystar? If I had to buy one that's probably what I'd use?
