Great Lakes Region: Winter Meet & Greet

Post by The PIG Smith »

It is time for the Great Lakes Region to have our annual Winter Meet & Greet.
Zack Heisey of Z&M Jeep will host at his shop on February 8, 2014
The address is: 1298 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537

We meet at 11:00, tour Zack's shop, benchtop wheel, checkout other members rigs.
Afterwards, (between 12-1) we go to Frickers for a nice lunch (typically wings)
Being well fed and watered, some leave and go home, others go back to Zacks.
This event concludes about 4-5PM or whenever Zack wants to go home and throws us out of his shop.

We have been doing this for about 8 years or so.

Is this today (Feb. 1 2014)?
I would like to go to meet and greet .. but cant make that drive on such short notice .. and of course the weather today is not going to be good either.

I am sorry for not putting the date on my posting. I have corrected that.
The date for this M&G is February 8, 2014

Sounds very cool but we already have plans that weekend. Oh, and my truck isn't ready yet  Is this the same weekend every year?

You do not need a FSJ to attend.
I've not taken one in years.

Is the same weekend every year? No.
It's about the same time frame.

It mostly happens as a course of a "Hey, let's get together, swap some lies, eat some wings"
I would say most of the players in these M&G hang out over on the 'Mothership'.
That is where this conversation starts and the plans/dates made.

Great...now to see if I can make it next Saturday!! Only about 2 hour drive... Need to check with the wife for possibly moving other plans

Hmm wonder if I put my order in(complete wiring harness) if I could just pick it up.

Zack normally has those parts in stock, but I would drop him an email to make sure.
