Jeep Grand Wagoneer Rust/Use question

I am in Upstate New York and looking heavily at a '91 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Surprisingly, I want to make it my daily driver. 1) do you think I am nuts ? 2) if it is rust free now, and I want to keep it that way, what if any recommendations do you have? I have read that some of these Ziebart type liners actually trap water and increase as opposed to mitigate rust. Thanks for any and all recommendations!

If it runs good I dont see a problem with making it a dd. And as far as rust prevention, im going to try POR-15 with a UV resistant coat over it for everything underneath. Ive heard nothing but good things about POR-15
