It's good to see a lot of sunday to sunday folks. Are we going to do the traditional Monday Red Mountain run?

I love starting the week on the Red Mountain loop. My new girlfriend is planning on coming. She's not really good with heights, so it will be a good way to ease he in. Might even come back via Corkscrew

That sounds good. My wife is joining us this year. It will be her first run as well. She doesn't mind heights but hates drop offs...

There needs to be a google sheet for all this, haha.

I'm going to be in Ridgway/Ouray all of July if anyone wants to get up hiking or something before or after others arrive!

So Monday is usually pretty casual. I am going to join Casey in a trip to Red Mountain. Monday morning I will make Eggs Benedict for anyone interested. It is a bit of a tradition. If the group gets large I will need a little help as I am a little up tight about getting the eggs done right. ;)

Let me know if you are interested in breakfast. Casey, I am just assuming you are in...

Well, was going to ride the train, but my dad can no longer make it. So I would be up for moderate hike, or bike.

What's "moderate" to you? You've seen the terrain around Ouray... It's... steep.

If it requires equipment beyond good shoes, water, and maybe a walking stick, then it isn't "moderate" to me. Not into bouldering and climbing. Right now let's say no more than 7 miles round trip and no more than 2000 ft in elevation change. I know, boring!

Not really into hiking, but it does wonders for my back. As long as the trail isn't flat anyway.
