In July 2012, we were awarded the coveted "pink boa" at the Ouray Invasion. The award was presented to us by the Ouray Invasion crew
for traveling so far to be there, having so much trouble, but still having a good time.
Instead of leaving the boa with the Ouray crew to be handed off to the next winner in 2013 at the Ouray Invasion, we decided to hang on
to the boa for the year and document it's adventures. If this sounds familiar, it's because we roughly copied the idea of the Flat Stanly Project.

Let me also say, the boa was not harmed, or otherwise soiled in any of it's adventures. It is definitely a few feathers lighter, and everywhere
we took it is now blessed with some pink!!
We're actually missing the first picture taken with the boa - Sarah and I around the campfire in Ouray. Somebody around that fire got a
good one I'm sure, so post it up if you have it!
The pink boa's adventure begins as our Ouray adventure is coming to an end - we figured the best way to show off our award was to let it ride in the Waggy on the trailer from CO to NC.
Along the way, in Silverton
Cadillac Ranch just outside Amarillo, TX, sharp eyes will also notice the upgrade to the Caddy's diff!!
Sorry there's no interstate pics of the boa, here's it's first visit to the house
