Ouray Monday breakfast sign up (early arrivals)

Time to plan this blossoming tradition for 2018! History: For some of the last few years we have had a group breakfast on Monday before the official invasion. Eggs Benedict! It's a group effort and we are getting pretty good at it. We put it all together somewhere around Casey's spot (#47). We don't decide on the time until Sunday, the day before. But we need a head count to make sure we have enough stuff. So this is the official sign up thread. Post your name and the number of folks you are bringing. Also, if you have an egg poacher you can bring let me know. Poaching eggs tends to be the bottleneck. We have plenty of camp stoves and ovens.
Mike (1) - Sauce, muffins, Canadian bacon and some eggs...
Casey/Theresa (2) - Muffins
Derf (1) - propane
Hatchet Jack (4) with eggs!
Simba (2)
Ross80truck (2) adults (2) kids
Kevin, Kristen, Ryan and Cayden (muffins, eggs and cheese!)

You guys do it the spinning method, and I think you make your own sauce too. But for a large group we will go the conventional route.

Great! Normally kids don't like the hollandaise sauce. But we could turn them into breakfast sandwiches. We can just poach the eggs a bit longer. If you want to go that route bring some cheese.
And bring eggs and English muffins. Even if we don't use them all they will come in handy the rest of the week.
