I signed up. What I usually do is make some snacks for folks to enjoy while everything is getting set up. Always Cheese crisps and this year I think I might do little street tacos.
RSVPd and signed up for some food. We can help with whatever is needed as well. Seems like we always have plenty of food and people to help even if not many do the official sign-up. Only concern I have is that 4 is pretty early, we may still be out on the trails?

My idea... Don't sweat it. 4pm is a good time for some folks to start arranging tables, putting up shade, etc. Folks who have stuff that doesn't need to be cooled will start setting it out shortly after. A fire or two will be started for the BBQ. As it looks like we are more and more ready other folks will break out the other stuff. It always works out.
I agree with the don't sweat it...I sure as heck don't want this thing to start being "organized"...love the laid back atmosphere...it always seems to get done and people have a great time...can't wait !!...gonna purchase a few extra raffle tix this year
I Facebook messaged OMR and invited them to our potluck! Hope some of them can make it! I told them we were starting around 5. Figured 4 was more for setup and such.

If you talk to them again tell them to wear OMR shirts so we will know them and be able to thank them for what they do.

I wasn't thinking that much...Good idea! I'm guessing they will be the unfamiliar faces, although we have enough new people that could be anyone...

Nice. It always works out. No one ever left the potluck hungry unless they wanted to!
I'm switching from my charcoal grill to a propane one. I wasn't sure if the fire restrictions would still be in place and switching from the long bed pickup to the XJ means I have less space. Either way, I'll be there with a good size grill for cooking.
If I make it I'll whip up some brownies or chocolate chip cookies. Still getting the hang of baking at altitude so they will be like a good jeep. Looks like hell but goes down good.
