I liked Dinky. Such a good dog. I bet he is huge now.

Now that the weather is nice, the itch to get down to Ouray is overwhelming. It'll be here before we know it!

Well, I sold the Cheap Chief last night. So as of now I am without a running jeep for Ouray. I better get to wrenching on something to take out on the trails. Otherwise I am going to be thumbing it all week.

You can always rent one from KOA..It is expensive but they are nice. I did it a couple of years ago. There are always empty seats on trail rides as well. Lots to do out there without going up into the high country as well.

Make sure to read it all AND watch the 'inside the cab' video. The guy wasn't paying attention. This is a great reason to be a passenger in Ouray. (Assuming you have a driver that is paying attention). I hung out with Casey down black bear as the passenger once. It was a blast. You get to see a lot more when you are riding along.
Fingers crossed folks, I'm checking the chain slack on the Quadratrac this week in an effort to stay off the proverbial ouray tow dolly. I am planning to buy another qt in ouray though, so if disaster strikes I might be spending a lot of time in the gravel lot.
