OK I know it's kinda late, but am going to try and get a Kabin and bring the J10. Will have my bro in law as well. If we could find a LONG trailer we would bring his 74 J20 as well. Will have to see. It's been a few years since we have been there. Was at 1st invasion, and I think about 4 years ago.

Anyway, have the J10 running now and registered :) so just need to get the cosmetics done, and the bumper and winch installed, and ......

My dad an I will be there. We're camping somewhere at the KOA. It doesn't tell me where though.

You know it's a good morning when the gas gauge works for the whole drive.

Looking forward to seeing ya. If you call the KOA with your reservation number they will tell you what spot you have.

I suspect that this year will be a dry one and we won't be able to have a camp fire.

Nice! Can never have too many J trucks. I think Matt was trying to see if he could get the gang to bring the most J trucks ever.

Well it did in this picture... Wyatt had to take it off on the drive home for overheating issues. Took him 4 hrs to get from Woodland Park to Conifer! Sad I couldn't be there for that adventure but he sure is a good friend for going down there for me and picking it up.

JTRUCKS! :-bd

I don't think I've seen black and white in that pattern before. Most the other black and whites were in my rear view mirror. ;)

74 Pioneer ex-401 soon to be a 401 again. :fsj:

I haven't seen a black and white two tone either, I way overpaid but I had to rescue the poor thing. It's unique!

wildfire season

Post by fulsizjeep »

FYI - Yes, it is upon us. Currently there is a wildfire that has forced closure of US 550 near Hermosa. You can see Colorado road closures at COTRIP.ORG. Over 1100 acres burned as of last night. There is 30% chance of showers tonight and tomorrow but 30% doesn't mean that much here. I don't get excited until it hits 50%. 30% in Florida... yeah, it's gonna rain. I hope we get some decent monsoons by the middle of July.
