Can we have the pages more vision friendly?

Postby Tripwire » Tue Mar 26, 2013 3:29 pm

I am having a bit of difficulty (old D*ickhead) user issue. the black/blue/red/yellow combinations are difficult for me and perhaps other users?. can we at least have the backgrounds lightened up some? I was very comfortable with the "look" of the IFSJA pages.....

not trying to make it the same format, just a bit more user friendly

Thanks...... Tripwire

Go to your user control panel, then board preferences and then there is an option for "board preferences" . To me the ultra blue looks pretty much like ifsja.

There is an FAQ section ;)

The default is dark as it is technically much easier on the eyes, as white strains the eyes. However, for those that have difficulty with it (not everybody is the same), there is a nice bright white version by following the above link.

Yeah I sit in front of a computer screen all day, I have everything I can set to a dark background. Thankfully visual studio and such have finally made the change to having a dark theme.

OK Stuka, my new computer has this bright white back ground and I have gone to the User Control Panel
and to the Board Preferences but can not find the Board Style to change it. I know I'm old and I need help.

It's not your computer, it's the software update I did yesterday. Read about it more here, and the page linked in the top post: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=7855
