Full Size Jeep Network

I feel like I should be able to figure this out but I can’t. How do I set it up so I get an email when I get a pm? Subscription notification is working great but I got a pm a couple of weeks ago and I was away from the forum for a bit. The only thread I found on this is three years old and didn’t really help. Sorry to ask such a dumb question.

User control panel - Board preferences - Edit notification options - Someone sends you a private message...

I have email enabled on mine, but I have never received a notification of new PM's via email

I get PM emails on a pretty regular basis. However, it is not uncommon for spam filters to grab them. Many spam filters grab them as they think they are a bulk email.

The setting location is as babywag mentions above.

Not filtered as junk/spam I just never get them.
Don’t recall ever getting one from this forum for new PM.
