1980 J20

Postby SparkyB » Thu May 18, 2017 7:15 pm

Bought this from a friend, "ran when parked" you know the drill. The starter was toast so I put in a new starter. Fired right up but had some valve noise. Found a slightly bent pushrod and a worn rocker. Replaced that and the oil and filter, its quiet but has some smoke when warmed up. It's been usedI have another 360 that needs work that goes with it. Floorboards and frame look good, I've tried to take pics of all the little rust and things it has. I had intended to put some time into it and get it back on the road or even use the drivetrain for my Wagoneer but time as usual has gotten away from me. Any questions or more pics needed??

$1500

That's the sweetest seat cover I've seen since 1987!
79 J-10 (The Money Badger) KE0LSU
304/Performance Fuel Injection TBI/MTA1/SP2P/Magnum rockers
T18/D20/D44s/33" Mud Claws
Grizzly Locker Rear
4" front spring drop, 5" rear shackle flip
Chevy style HEI (ECM controlled)
Dolphin "Shark" gauges in a fancy homemade oak bezel
3/4 resto, rotting faster than I've been fixing it.

I know someone out there needs this and can give it the attention I don't have time for right now. How about $1000 for a running driving J truck with perfect glass?
